Adjunct
Faculty Contract Coordinator Bob's role is to process all contract requests for adjunct faculty members when these requests are submitted by the Deans and Department Chairpersons. He sets you up in H.R., payroll, and accounting, takes care of all tax and employment paperwork on your behalf, enrolls you in the Direct Deposit program, makes arrangements for your faculty I.D. card, parking permit, and e-mail account, prepares and issues your teaching contract, and submits payroll authorizations for all adjuncts each month to the Payroll Office.
