Adjunct faculty identification cards are issued weekdays in the Human Resources office, Esch Hall 155, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. You need an I.D. card to check out materials from the library, to request audio/visual support from Media Services, to place items on reserve in the library, etc. Occasionally you may be asked to show your I.D. card to obtain access to the adjunct faculty mailboxes, supplies, makeup exams, etc., if the on-duty worker in Esch Hall 103 does not recognize you.
The first I.D. card is free to all adjunct faculty members. DON'T THROW THE CARD AWAY when it expires. You may obtain a new expiration sticker from the Student Affairs office or from the SAL office. Replacement cards are $25.00 each. Contact the SAL office if you have questions.
