  • Adjunct Faculty Mailroom
The University of Indianapolis provides an Adjunct Faculty Mailroom for all adjunct faculty members in Esch Hall 102 (right inside the front door of the building). All adjunct faculty members have a mailbox in this room for the duration of your teaching contract. Any other mailbox you may have elsewhere on campus is in addition to this mailbox. Pay checks, your monthly pay stub, textbooks from publishers, notes from students, printing requests and other important materials are delivered to these mailboxes. A copy machine for adjunct faculty use is also located in this room. You can get into Esch Hall 102 from the hallway any time the building is open. The door to Esch 102 has a combination lock installed. Ask your Dean or Department Chairperson for the passcode. Hence, you can check your mail at night, after classes, on weekends or holidays, etc.
