Tuition and Fees

Accelerated Programs Division (APD)
2006-07 Academic Year

The 2006-07 tuition is $320.00 per credit hour. Students who enroll for the first time during the 2006-07 academic year will continue to pay this amount until 2011: Tuition in the Accelerated Programs Division is guaranteed not to increase for five years from the date you begin taking APD classes. If you go beyond five academic years to complete your degree, then you will be charged the current tuition rate:

APD Students who first enrolled in 1998/99 = $250.00 per credit hour good until 2003.
APD Students who first enrolled in 1999/00 = $260.00 per credit hour good until 2004.
APD Students who first enrolled in 2000/01 = $270.00 per credit hour good until 2005.
APD Students who first enrolled in 2001/02 = $278.00 per credit hour good until 2006.
APD Students who first enrolled in 2002/03 = $286.00 per credit hour good until 2007.
APD Students who first enrolled in 2003/04 = $298.00 per credit hour good until 2008.
APD Students who first enrolled in 2004/05 = $308.00 per credit hour good until 2009.
APD Students who first enrolled in 2005/06 = $308.00 per credit hour good until 2010.
APD Students who first enrolled in 2006/07 = $320.00 per credit hour good until 2011.

NOTE: If you take just ONE Day Division course and are also enrolled in a total of 12 hours or more in one 15-week term (even if you are an Accelerated Programs Division student), you will be charged FULL-TIME DAY DIVISION tuition of $9,350.00 for the term.

Extended Programs Division (EPD)
2006-07 Academic Year

Part-Time Enrollment (1-11 credit hours): $240.00 per credit hour.
Full-Time Enrollment (12-17 credit hours): $9,350.00 per semester.
Audit Enrollment (non-credit): $120.00 per credit hour.

Application Fee

There is a $20.00 nonrefundable Application Fee for both EPD and APD applicants.

Registration Fee

There is no registration fee.

Late Registration Fee

There is a $20.00 late registration fee for students who register for classes after the last day of regular Walk-In Registration. The fee is nonrefundable except when the university cancels a class.

Deferred Payment Plan Service Fee

Students who elect to use the university's deferred payment plan are assessed a $10.00 service fee. The fee is nonrefundable.

Late Deferred Payment Fee

Students who make a deferred payment after the date it is due are assessed a $10.00 fee. The fee is nonrefundable.

Bad Check Fee

Students who submit a bad check to the university will be assessed a $20.00 fee. The fee is nonrefundable.

Transcript Fee

$5.00 per mailed copy or $7.00 for a faxed copy. The fee is nonrefundable. Transcripts will be withheld if a student has any outstanding debt to the university (tuition, fees, parking fines, library fines, etc.). Requests for transcripts must be submitted in writing or in person and must contain the original ink signature of the student. Transcripts may NOT be requested over the telephone, by e-mail, via the Internet or World-Wide Web, etc. Parents, spouses, and others may NOT request an official transcript on behalf of the student.

Graduation Fee

There is no graduation fee. However, students must complete an Application for Graduation when they are within 15.0 credit hours of meeting the graduation requirements. Contact the Registrar's Office for more information.

NOTE: The tuition and fees shown above apply ONLY to EPD and APD students. The tuition and fee schedule for Day Division students is substantially different. Contact the Office of Admissions for information about Day Division tuition and fees. The list of fees shown above is not all-inclusive. Lab fees are assessed in some courses, and other tuition and fee schedules apply to the Graduate Division, Doctoral Division, Occupational and Physical Therapy programs, private music lessons, independent study, etc. Always verify the tuition and fees for the program in which you are interested.

NOTE: In the event that this Web page conflicts with the current schedule of tuition and fees, the current schedule will prevail.
